I have never been to a salon where I wasn’t encouraged to “do the big chop.” And the first thing Shelby said when I sat down was, “Oh my gosh, your long, dark hair… please tell me we are keeping the length.” I was THRILLED to hear that. I told her I wanted a lot of long layers and just a fresh look. She took her time cutting, checking in with me throughout to make sure I was happy with the direction we were going in. I’m so glad I finally tried this Aveda Salon! It’s minutes from my house & not only is the building design beautiful, the staff are all extremely pleasant and attentive. I went there looking for someone who would listen to what I wanted and give my dark blond (once very light blond & now add in some grays) hair the treatment I have been trying to find elsewhere. I found that person with Caesar! He was great at my first appointment, listening to my concerns & requests and delivering exactly what I was hoping for. I just had my second appointment with him and he once again delivered great results!

It was great as always Cesar was on time, quick and I leave with a great cut. Nelly at check in was also great with a quick check in and coffee. She also recommended I sit in the comfy chair to wait for Cesar as I believe those acrylic chairs in the lobby are made for someone size zero 6 feet tall model not a short chunky mom.

Everyone there was extremely welcoming and friendly. My appointment was great! A student just out of school, she was great at what she does. Made sure I liked every step of the process, asked to see how she could make anything different and to my liking. The cut was careful, she made great conversation, and perfectly made my time there enjoyable! I loved it.

I waited a few days in order to give an honest review outside of salon styling. Long story short, I love this salon. Because of my distrust of salons I went 1 year without a trim or cut. I have long, thick, blonde hair that became boring and heavy, overall unflattering to my face and body. Because of Shannon, I feel like a new person! She is a wonderful person in general but she is an AMAZING stylist. Somehow, no matter how I try, my hair always falls perfectly even without the products and styling. Shannon is a magician.

Very happy with the service that I received. Taylor was very professional at my adjustment and got me close to the color that I wanted initially. I have already booked my next session with Taylor. She really went beyond to try and get me to the color that I wanted and take out the darker toner that was added previously.

Everyone was very nice and loved the atmosphere of the place. It was my first time having Cesar as my stylist and he did a great job of telling me how to properly take care of my hair day to day. He suggested products that I purchased and will definitely be back for my next appointment.

What an overall fabulous experience! This was my first time at the salon. Beautiful place. Shelby was lovely to chat with, did a great job on my haircut, and gave me some advice on shampoo. While the $2 sanitation fee is interesting, the complimentary mimosa and energizing eye cream were top notch, and certainly enhanced my experience. I really felt like a million bucks when I left - I half expected a lambo to be waiting for me outside, not my budget Honda! I’ll be back!
